The World Famous "Wedge"
Bike or walk to the "wedge" and watch the worlds greatest body surfers
The large jetty forms a "wedge" which creates massive waves
Whale and Dolphin watching
The whales migrate 2x a year. There is a lot of opportunity to see them
Dolphins are playful and you'll see them daily
Extreme Fun
There is more than enough opportunity for extreme here
You'll be amazed at the memories and stories you'll have at the end of each day
Paddleboarding
You won't see the same thing twice in Newports' massive bay of islands
It's easy and doesn't take long to discover the fun of standing paddle-surfing
1/2 day or full day charters right off shore. Gear, bait, deck hands all provided
The fishing stories here are real and the opportunities are everywhere
Go out a bit further and catch the game fish. Yellow tail is a popular catch
A personal favorite- Surf fishing straight out in front of the beach house
Catalina Island
Walk one block from the condo and hop aboard the Express to Catalina Island
Catalina is another world to explore and enjoy. Something for everyone
Kayak the Bay
Kayak the bay or head down the coast and visit the seals, dolphins or snorkel
The upper back bay is a wild life preserve, it feels like you're on a separate vacation
Kayaks are stored in the building. Just drop it right in the water and go anytime
If you like to kayak and troll for fish... its popular to do both at the same time
Cruise the Boardwalk
Newport Beach stretches 8 miles and all of it can be cruised on a bike
Along the board walk you can walk, run, bike, skate, kart, e bike, segway etc
Bike or Hike for Miles
Access the Santa Ana River trail at Newport Beach and ride it 50 miles if you'd like
Hiking trails go for miles in all directions (this one is the back bay Newport Beach)
It's hard to beat a morning or evening walk along the beach
Steps from the condo; everyday and all day, everyone is happy at the beach

From a corn dog to 5 star cuisine, Balboa has a restaurant for every appetite
Take the Duffy 24/7 for added fun (15 restaurants encourage dock n dine)
Surfing and Boogie Boarding
All the toys are stored at the building. Just load up the wagon and hit the beach
Body surfing, boogie boarding, skim boarding. It's all right here
Cruise the Duffy
Play a game, eat and relax, take in the sea life or head to Corona Del Mar...
Hard to beat a sunset Duffy cruise. (The boat and slip are included)
Snorkle and Tide Pools
Paddle board or kayak over to some great tide pools
At low tide you can really explore these pools up close
Sailing
The Marina offers sailing classes/ boat rentals of all sizes and for skill levels
Kids or adults, memories like these are daily and everywhere here
